Children Traveling Alone
Children travelling alone include any child between the ages of 5 and 12 years old that is not traveling with an adult. Personalized service is offered, from the moment they are received at the terminal counter until they arrive to their final destination. This service is " required " for children traveling alone between this ages & Additional charges will apply.
If wanted parents or guardian of Children between the ages of 12-17 can request this service.
COMPANY POLICIES
Minors younger than 5 years old, must always travel with a companion who is at least 18 years old.
Unaccompanied minors between ages 5-12 years old will only be allowed to travel on the executive bus services. ..
Minors under medical treatment will not be accepted for the " Children Traveling Alone " service.
Special information required
Hedman Alas needs the following information in order to accept a child into the "Children Traveling Alone Service" , this information must be provided at the ticket counter when purchasing the ticket. This service is not available for online shopping.

Name and kinship of the person that will receive the child.

When the child arrives at his/her destination, the person meeting the child has to present proper identification to ensure that he/she is the person autorized to pickup the kid.
Infants
Kids younger than 2 years old are considered infants, they will always
have to travel with an adult. Infants will not pay if they travel in
the laps of the adult.
If an infant is to occupy a seat for his own , the standard rate will be applied according to the service requested for any National traveling .
Kids up to 5 five years old pay 75% of the regular fare on any International traveling .
