The passenger must be present in the terminal at least 45 minutes
before the official boarding time. If the passenger is not present
within ten minutes from the bus' departure, the company reserves
the right to make use of a reserved seat.

This
ticket is only valid for travel in the date and time indicated.
It can not be transferred and we are not responsible for the loss
of the ticket.

Any passenger that is not present in our terminal at the official
time of departure and misses the bus will lose any right to make
a claim, including the value of the ticket. The passenger may travel
paying 50% of the ticket's value, only when the ticket is reactivated
in the respecting departure office.

No
changes to dates or times will be allowed during weekends and festive
dates such as Easter Week and Christmas.

Once
the ticket has been issued, refunds will not be allowed under any
circumstance, the passenger will only be able to postpone the travel
date. This has to be done personally and at least 2 hours before
the original departure time.

Once
time or date has been defined, the ticket will only remain valid
for (30) days after the date of emission. We reserve the right of
admission.

Passengers in an inebriated state or with any contagious disease
will not be allowed.

Hedman Alas S. A. is not responsible for any delays, strikes, quarantines,
earthquakes and/or other uncontrollable or fortuitous cases; as
well as any loss, damage, accident or irregularity that could occur
to the travelers or their belongings when these are moved by third
parties.

Animals
of any species as well as any luggage that could be considered dangerous
to the safety of the passengers of the company will not be allowed.
We reserve the right to admission.

We
will consider as luggage, two small suitcases with a weight of no
more than (50) fifty pounds. Any additional bulk will be charged
with a fee depending on its weight and volume.

The
company will not be held responsible for the loss of any luggage
that is being transported for free. These are left under the entire
responsibility of the traveller. Even when the luggage has the corresponding
ticket, the traveller must be on top of the loading and unloading
process to avoid confusions or losses.

For any lost luggage which was given to one of our employees, the
company will be held responsible for up to ($25) US dollars per
luggage, holding as an exception what was above mentioned.

We
are not responsible for accidents inside the bus.

We are not responsible for passengers who do not have the proper
documentation required to exit the country; it is responsibility
of each traveller to oblige by the legal requirements in each border
(entries and exits).

Every
passenger must present their identification before boarding the
bus.

We
will not transport any passengers who have in their possession guns,
knives, etc. in the unit or as part of their luggage.
